Dear Foex-Support, In Translation Application , alt text error is arising, after installed the hotfix - 3319.

Hi,

since we haven't encountered this error with/after hotfix 3319, we would ask you to provide additional information:

1) Is this problem reproducible on trial.tryfoexnow.com? YES -> provide workspace + app id

2) If not:

  • switch on debug at LEVEL6
  • run the app again
  • provide us an export of the debug messages output
  • also provide a Diagnostic Report (in the FDA Menu, choose "Create Diagnostic Report")
  • send an application export of the app you want to translate
