Hi Team,

We are facing an issue in excel download - sorting. We have a FOEX grid (source type : "PL/SQL Function Body returning SQL Query") region in our page, in which we ordering the data in ascending order and trying to export the data in excel format. In the exported excel the data are arranged in descending order. This issue is only when setting the source type of the region as PL/SQL Function Body returning SQL Query.

The issue is replicated in DEMO instance. Please refer the below link. On right click of the grid, 'Export' option will be available.

Thanks in advance

Regards, Priya

You are calling the built-in export of the sub report which is handled by APEX, not FOEX.

We would suggest that to properly control the sorting you disable sorting in the report and put the sort in the outer most part of your query.
