We have a complex form with several cascading LOVs. Since FOEX 2.2, we get occasional reports of fields disappearing on Form Load/Refresh. This never appears to happen on Chrome, but has been reported on both IE11 and Firefox.

Is there a scenario where a child LOV value fetched during Form Load can be reset because the parent LOV took longer to compute and subsequently resets the child value? And if so, how can this be mitigated?

We would need access to a test case to investigate with instructions on how to reproduce, also a short video recording of the issue would be really helpful.

Note: we use http://giphy.com/ to perform short video recordings which produces an animated gif.
